At Noizen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Opened media products such as CDs, DVDs, software, video games, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us first by email for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
